When we needed to list our house for sale, we didn’t need to shop around for a realtor… everyone told us Kim was the best, so we called her and that was that. She did not disappoint! Kimberly Yee was an excellent agent that helped My wife and I find the perfect home. We weren’t in a hurry and after a search for 6 months I received a call from her late one night letting us know that a home just hit the market that met all of our needs. It was so fresh on the market they didn’t even have time to put a sign out. As a first time homebuyer I was quite anxious about the challenges that lie ahead. However, I found Kim to assist my family and me out in my search for a house. Kim is a wonderful agent! She is very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I described/explained the kind of house I was looking for and my budget. Kim was able to give quite a few showings that I really liked.
